Fancy Horse - It’s fair to say that when it comes to joyful and distinctive designs there aren’t many artists like The Printed Peanut. With a similar love of taking inspiration from old print ephemera as well as injecting humour into designs, we’ve collaborated with Louise Lockhart, the creative behind the business, to produce a fun and really rather striking range of matchboxes. Inspired by Mexican folk art, Louise originally created these designs using tomato puree tins and scissors.
 
Yellow Sunshine - Introducing Ariana Martin, a pattern designer and maker based in leafy Sheffield. Her work is described as simultaneously timeless and fresh, mature and cheerful and we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome her joyful designs to the Archivist family.
