We take great pride in all of our candles and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows, or you can reach out to us at baileysbotanicals@gmail.com.

 

Please include your order number in your email and we will do our best to assist you with any issues related to your purchase.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase please contact us at baileysbotanicals@gmail.com within 14 business days to initiate a return and receive your desired refund or exchange.

If 14 business days have elapsed since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note; to be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you as soon as your return has been received and checked. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Please note; refunds do not include postage + packaging costs from the original order.

 

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at baileysbotanicals@gmail.com

SHIPPING

Please note that you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
