Please include your order number in your email and we will do our best to assist you with any issues related to your purchase.
If you wish to return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com within 14 business days to initiate a return and receive your desired refund or exchange.
If 14 business days have elapsed since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note; to be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We'll notify you as soon as your return has been received and checked. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Please note; refunds do not include postage + packaging costs from the original order.
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
