Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and contact details.

You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.

We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. Unless we have notified you that we will not accept your order and are cancelling it, or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are not available.

(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Dispatch of orders are normally 3-5 working days from day of receiving order. We reserve the right to adjust our dispatch times in accordance with current volume of orders.

We review our prices from time to time and reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
